- Shipping Timing + Rates
Orders are shipped via Canada Post – Expedited, with deliveries taking 1-7 business days. Deliveries to remote locations could take up to 13 business days. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Canada Post tracking number so you can keep an eye on all your new goodies.
Standard shipping is free on all orders over $100 CAD (before taxes). Orders below $100 will be charged a flat rate of $10.
- Order Processing
You’re already planning your next OOTD – we get it. We’re just as excited as you are! We’ll start processing your order as soon as we can, typically within one day of ordering. If we’re unable to fulfill your order due to an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you via email.
Once orders are prepared for shipment, we’re not able to cancel, edit billing or shipping details, combine orders, or add additional products to your existing order.
- Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all regions within Canada, excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Canada Post tracking number so you can keep an eye on all your new goodies.
- Wrong Address + Return to Sender
If you provide the wrong shipping address, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to correct it for you, but once a package is shipped, we can’t guarantee that changes can be made.
If your package is unable to be delivered and returned to sender, there may be additional shipping charges to re-ship. If your package is sent back to us, we’ll contact you to provide the option of reshipment. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
