We are a small team (no robots here!) — every email, phone call, message, request, and order is answered and processed by our team members.

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1 day of ordering.
- Some orders may take extra time; if an item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email.
- Your order will be placed on hold until we speak with you.
- Once your order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to cancel, edit billing/shipping details, combine orders, or add items.
Shipping Confirmation
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
- Confirmations are processed during office hours:
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. AST.
- Emails or orders received outside these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery
- All shipments are sent with Canada Post and UPS.
- Delivery timelines:
3–5 business days for most regions.
Up to 7 business days depending on location.
Up to 13 business days for remote areas.
- A Canada Post tracking number will be provided once shipped.
⚠️ Envy+Grace is not responsible for unforeseen delays beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, service interruptions).
Damaged Packages
If your package or item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately:

Return to Sender Packages
- If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to envy+grace, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Rates
- We ship across Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $75 CAD (before tax).
- Orders under $75 CAD: flat rate $10.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the shipping address is correct.
- If you provided the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@envyandgrace.ca.
- Once shipped, we cannot guarantee Canada Post will be able to change the delivery address.
- Corrections may incur a fee if the package is already in transit.
- If the package returns to us as “return to sender,” additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
📌 Note: Since we ship with Canada Post, if you have a PO Box, you must provide it as the shipping address (Canada Post will not deliver to a street address in this case).
