Holiday Shipping Guidelines
We recommend placing your order by December 16 for the best chance of receiving your order by December 24.
We ship from Halifax, NS, and typical transit times are:
Atlantic Provinces

NS & NB: 1–3 business days

NL: 4–7+ business days (may vary due to ferry schedules and weather)

PEI: 1–3 business days
Central Canada

QC: 2–4 business days

ON: 2–5 business days (remote areas may require additional time)

MB: 4–6 business days
Prairies & West

SK: 4–7 business days

AB: 5–7 business days

BC: 6–8 business days (remote areas may require longer)
Orders placed after December 16 will continue to ship on business days. Many local orders may still arrive quickly, but delivery by December 24 cannot be guaranteed for all locations.
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 day of ordering.

Some orders may take extra time; if an item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email.

Your order will be placed on hold until we speak with you.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, it is not possible to:

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Confirmations are processed during office hours:
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. AST
Emails or orders received outside these hours (or on Canadian Statutory Holidays) will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.
Shipping Method & Delivery

All shipments are sent with Canada Post and UPS.

Delivery timelines:

3–5 business days for most regions

Up to 7 business days depending on location

Up to 13 business days for remote areas

A Canada Post tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Damaged Packages
If your package or item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately:

Return to Sender Packages
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to envy+grace, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Rates

We ship across Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut).

FREE standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD (before tax).

Orders under $75 CAD: flat rate $15.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the shipping address is correct.

If you provided the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@envyandgrace.ca.

Once shipped, we cannot guarantee Canada Post will be able to change the delivery address.

Corrections may incur a fee if the package is already in transit.

If the package returns to us as “return to sender,” additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
📌 Note: Since we ship with Canada Post, if you have a PO Box, you must provide it as the shipping address (Canada Post will not deliver to a street address in this case).
